摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a diffusion coefficient estimation methodthat realizes high-accuracy estimation of diffusion coefficient in a short period of timewithout being limited to a property of a specimen.SOLUTION: A diffusion coefficientestimation method includes: a preparation step of immersing a specimen 1 in an ionicsolution within a testing cell 2 provided with a cathode 4 and an anode 5; an applicationstep of infiltrating the ionic solution into the specimen 1 for a prescribed period in a stateof applying direct voltage to the cathode 4 and the anode 5; a measurement step ofmeasuring each concentration distribution of an anion and a cation that are infiltratedinto the specimen 1; and an estimation step of fitting the ionic concentration distributionof one of the anion and the cation into an ion infiltration formula based on a potentialgradient and then estimating a diffusion coefficient of one ion.SELECTED DRAWING:Figure 1
