【摘 要】螺杆泵是原油开采中最常见的设备,螺杆泵的运行状况将直接决定原油的开采效率,但是由于我国地层现状及原油性质较为复杂,在进行螺杆泵采油过程中极易出现卡泵问题.针对螺杆泵运行中的卡泵问题,对卡泵出现的原因进行系统分析,并提出相应的解决措施,为螺杆泵的使用提供建议.%The screw pump is the most common equipment in crude oil extraction.The operating condition of the screw pump will directly determine the crude oil production efficiency.However,due to the status quo of China's stratum and the complicated nature of crude oil,the card is prone to occur during the production process of the screw pump.Pump problem.Aiming at the problem of the card pump in the operation of the screw pump,the cause of the card pump was systematically analyzed,and the corresponding solution measures were proposed according to the reasons,which provided suggestions for the use of the screw pump. 【总页数】2页(P100,154) 【作 者】李忠文
