摘要：The objects of the present invention are to provide an organic luminescentmaterial capable of being easily controlled for dopant concentrations. The presentinvention is characterized in that a organic light-emitting device comprising a upperelectrode, a lower electrode; and a light-emitting layer positioned between the upperelectrode and the lower electrode, wherein the light-emitting layer contains a host, afirst dopant and a second dopant, the first dopant is a blue-light-emitting dopant or agreen-light-emitting dopant, the first dopant has a first functional group, and the firstfunctional group makes the first dopant transfer toward the surface of the light-emittinglayer on the upper electrode side in the light-emitting layer.
