Why do people only do a spectator?

On March 4th ,2017,a vedio that shot in the Beijing subway line 10 spread rapidly on the Internet .A young man abused two girls then wrested one girl＇s phone and pushed them out of the subway .On March 5th,the microblog of Beijing Peace released that the suspect had been arrested .The man apologized to the two girls.

In this vedio,we can see a man who speak Beijing dialect arguing with two girls. The man is swearing at one of the girls .Another girl helps her friend and ready to report to police in order to protect themselves.Unexpectedly,this behavior stimulated the young man .He seized the girl＇s phone and continue to abuse.When the subway arriving at station ,the girls are pushed out of the subway by force.In this period of time ,no one stands up and stops it .Passengers are chilly .

Later,many netizens criticized about the man＇s odious behavior .At the same time ,they expressed that it hard to accept the passengers indifference.They thought passengers should give a hand to the girls.

Actually,it is not uncommon in the life that people just watch and not give a hand .Milan Kundera said \"They only when stupid is sincere;They only when security is brave;They only when free is generous;They only in shallow is emotional. \"So people who is not in the event always propose their own opinion objective appraisal.But they may not do necessarily like what they say. In this event,people still hope to appear the scene that the young man would be curbed by arround the

passengers in the deepest.But this moral requirements should inflict on ourselves ,not others.Also ,a passenger took this photo ,it also suggest that someone is against the heart.

Let people no longer offish depends on two things.On the one hand,the public should have common sense of justice ,on the other hand,having a sense of trust to strangers ,it＇s meaning that when you stand up and feel incompetent,others would also help you to uniform the uncourteous person or the bad behavior.That is to say, breaking this kind of unconcerned situation,it is not only by individual,it is rely on the strength of the whole society .For this subway event,we should think how to make the speaker behind the scenes present to the front.Everyone should reflect on how to meet with such problems with enough firm positions and have a sense of justice to stand up.
