吊装方案

A、吊车停在室外的路面上,确保吊车操作时回转半径范围内无障碍物, 吊车操作室的中心需正对空调机组吊装位置的中心,需确保两者间的垂直距离在吊车操作范围内最短,再考虑到设备的自重及吊装高度,选用30T吊车进行吊装. 吊车停至指定位置后,将4只支腿全部伸出,每只支腿下方需各铺一块铁板,以确保每只支腿的承载重量.

crane stop on the extra ventricular road surface, in order to keep the crane working with no problem, and when it turn around with no barrier, the center of the crane operation room should dead against the center of the air condition set’s suspend location, and make sure the plumb distance between them is the shortest of the crane can reach, then considered the equipment’s weight and the height of suspend load, we choose 30t crane to suspend, the crane stop at the place of appoint, put four gam out ,and put a iron board under each gam, in order to make sure each gam’s bearing weight.

B、经查吊车的载荷曲线图，吊车回转半径10m，起升高度20m，额定轻重量可达6.5T，满足设备的起重量。

The load curve of the crane, when the crane turn around radius of 10m the rise height is 20m and the rating light heft can reach 6.5t,this numbers are checked and suit to the load of the equipment C、吊车停好后,运设备的货车倒至吊车前,对设备全方位察看，根据设备形状组合结构特点，确认重心点，确定吊装点，采用钢丝绳、吊带对设备进行挂绳，吊绳不得与设备硬碰，以免造成设备变形（必要时采取特殊处理）。完成有效安全围绳绑扎。

when the crane stop with no problems ,the truck which carries the equipment move background to the face of the crane ,and check the equipment Omni directional, basis the appearance and form of the equipment, to make sure the center of the gravity, suspend center, use steel wire and gallus to hitch the equipment to the crane, the hitch line can’t collide with the equipment or will make the equipment distortion,(if needed can adopt some special dispose),to achieve the safe and efficiency around lines colligation.

试吊：上述各项目工作完成后，对设备缓慢起吊，观察吊绳有无与设备硬碰现象、设备平衡状况，确定无误后起吊。

Suspend model：when all the item above are ok, put the equipment rise slowly, look into the equipment whether have collide with the wire, the balance of the equipment when all is over then can rise the equipment.

设备吊离车箱底部1—2公分左右时停止起吊，进一步察看设备平衡情况、吊绳情况，确定无误后，对设备进行人力晃动检测，是否存在设备在起吊晃动情况下不安全因素，经各项检测无误后，捆扎安全，将货车开走,控制好风绳，进行起吊。

When the distance between the equipment and the base of the carriers 1-2centimeter,stop rising, and look into the balance of the equipment and the wire situation ,when all of these are ok, to rock the equipment by manpower to do test, to see the result, when the test result is with no problem ,safety pack and move the truck, control the wire, begin to rise the equipment. D、、把起吊的设备放在预制的液压车上put the equipment on the hydraulic pressure bus

特殊起吊处理：根据设备情况在设备无吊点的情况下采取有效的安全处理。

Deal with the special suspend: according to the equipment with no suspend center, can use some safety measure. 2、水平运输

level transport

A、液压车上放置半圆形的底座，以防设备运输的过程中左右滑移

on the hydraulic pressure bus put hemicycle base to make sure the equipment fastness B、前后各用一台5T液压手推车将设备打离地面后运至指定安装 位置的平台下方。

use two 5t hydraulic pressure handcart at front and behind of the equipment to make the equipment depart from the floor then carry to the inferior of the appointed load place. 3、槽罐树立就位：采用抬吊的吊装方案

software pot set：use the suspend project by rise and suspend

A、设备的就位上方架立4M宽的龙门架，高度3.5M，采用φ114的管子；

the above of the equipment perch set width of 4m frames, the height of the frame is 3.5m and use the cube of φ114；

B、从龙门架上挂两个5T的手拉葫芦，捆住设备的前部；从一楼挂一个葫芦，捆住设备的后部，前后两个吊点同时起升200MM后，后部的葫芦暂时停止起升，前部的吊点继续升高，设备缓慢树立，后面的葫芦缓慢配合直至后面的葫芦不受力。

put two 5t gourd on the both side of the frame, bundle the front of the equipment and put the gourd on the first floor, bundle the back of it too , the suspend center front and back rise 200mm together, after this the back gourd stop rise, but the front continue to rise, when the equipment is s perching slowly, the gourd back should suits to this until bear no power.

C、把设备起升到安装高度，找正找平后根据设计要求固定在二楼的平台上。

1.2 安全措施safety items: （一）人员配备 personnel equip

1、吊车驾驶员需持证上岗, 2、起重工需持证上岗.

3、施工过程中配一名安全员,确保施工中安全.

4、吊装过程中要求上下指挥统一，避免设备与墙体相碰撞。

1、crane driver need to have card 2、lift worker should have card.

3、need one safer during the construction, to make the safety during it.

4、when suspend the direct should all the same to avoid collide of the equipment. (二) 起重机械安全检查crane engine safety test：

1、根据起重物件确定机械类型、规格。使用前对机械进行安全检查。起重机械的安全防护装置应齐全完善。各运转机构工况正常，运转平稳有效。

according to the engine sort and spec, should do safety test before using, crane engine’s safety equipment should perfect and every parts woke normally and effectively (三) 吊钩安全操作hook safety items：

1、1、挂钩人员必须熟悉吊、工具的性能，最大允许负荷，吊挂要求及指挥信号，严格执行安全操作技术规程。

the people to do the clasp should know suspend tool ,the spec of the tool and the biggest location of it, the suspend signal and requestion, according to the rules strictly

2、准备起重工作前，应查明设备重量，正确选择起重机具和方法。

when begin to suspend should check the weight of the equipment and choose the right crane and way

3、吊索捆绑应按箱上的标记、设备上专用吊装部位和设备技术文件的规定进行： the wire binding should according to the sign of the case, and the suited part the technique file to do

①吊索的转折处与设备接触的部位，应垫以软质垫料，以防吊索和设备损坏。 ②捆绑易变形的设备时，应采取措施，防止其变形。 ③设备上可能滑动的部件应予以固定，以防滑动而碰损。

④起重机具和索具等安装后，必须认真检查，其连接和固定应稳妥、牢固、安全可靠。 ⑤设备在起吊过程中，不得中间停止作业，指挥人员和起重机械的司机不得随意离开岗位，所吊设备上不得有人，下方亦不得有人停留或通行，如工作人员有必要在所吊设备下方进行工作时，应采取安全措施。

①the turn of the wire and contact with the equipment should put some soft temples to avoid the distortion of the wire and equipment.

② hinding the easily distortion, should take some measures to avoid distorting

③the easily to move parts on the equipment should fasted. not to broken by moving. ④the assessory parts of the crane are fitted, should check earnest, the fastness and connection should safety and fastness

⑤the process of the equipment rising can’t stop on the way, and the design people and the crane driver can’t put work. the equipment should have no people and below should have no people either, if needed to do some work inferior should make some safety measures （四）工作环境、起重物件的了解environment and lift parts：

1、为确保起重作业安全完成，开工前对工作环境的工作空间及周围条件、进出道路是否畅通，土质是否坚固、厂房高低宽窄、工作场所周围是否有人员活动等加以了解掌握。对于不牢的物体应采取相应的保护措施。

in order to achieve the lift work ,should know the environment situation and the condition around, see the road out and in whether no problem the dust whether strong and the height width of the workshop, around the work space whether have other people to move, should know the condition above and fasted the easily moved parts

2. 了解起重物件的形状、体积、结构、重量，掌握物件的重心know the form , bulk. weight and fabric and know the gravity center.

（五）其它安全检查other safety test

1、起重绳索安全检查：所有使用非金属吊绳不得有断股现象。钢丝绳不得有严重断丝、打绞现象。

2、吊钩、卸扣不得有变形现象，卸扣螺栓旋转自如。 3、千斤顶不得有漏油，升降平稳自如，工作可靠。

4、葫芦吊钩、链条及制动器不得有变形和损坏。传动部份灵活可靠，不得有滑链或掉链现象。

5、液压手推车不得有漏油，升降平稳自如，工作可靠，车轮运转自如。

6、运输途中在一定范围内制定安全警戒线标志，禁止无关人员入内。其它使用工具等都必须符合安全标准。

2、the clasp and out button should have no distort and the screws can work easily.

3、the jack have no oil out and lift easily, work trustiness 4、the gourd clasp and chain the braker have no broken and distortion, the turning can work with no problems and have no out chain and other problems

5、the hydraulic pressure handcart have no oil leaf out and can work normally, the reel can turn easily.

6、during the way of transport, mark some signals stop no-business people to get in to the square, other tools should up to the safety rules. 1.3．机具配备The engine equip 1、30T汽车吊一辆；

2、3T液压手推车2—3台； 3、5T爪式千斤顶2台； 4、钢丝绳及吊带若干对； 5、10m风绳2根； 6、吊钩、卸扣若干只。
