摘要:The energizing patterns (A) are composed of wiring pattern sections (A-)formed so as to be elongated along the region for forming the wiring layers (),
connection pattern sections (A-) connecting the adjoining wiring patterns for each pixelregion and striped joint pattern sections (A-) for connecting the wiring pattern sections(A-) outside of the prospective liquid crystal display region in which pixel regions arearranged. Element constituting sections (A-) including the portions to be formed intoconnection layers () are formed in the connection pattern sections (A-). The portions tobe formed into the connection layers () are formed into a protruding peninsula shape inthis element constituting sections (A-). The present invention can prevent defectiveanodic oxidation due to cutting off or imperfect configuration of the energizing pattern(A), as well as reducing the process damage of the active element.
