摘要：An apparatus (10) for packing disposable objects (55) or material into anelongated tube (18) of flexible material. The apparatus defines a bin (1) having a holder(15) adapted to receive a cassette (17) of flexible unfoldable material (18). A closingmechanism (25) is positioned below the holder. The closing mechanism (25) includes first(27) and second (31) portions. The second portion is biased in a closed position againstthe first. The second portion (31) has a receiving surface (34) and is slidable from theclosed position to an open position through the application of a substantially downwardforce (56) against the receiving surface (28, 34) and is slidable from the open position tothe closed position under the action of a biasing force. The closing mechanism (25) in theopen position defines a passage between a top opening (13) of the bin (1) and a bottomportion (5) of the enclosure (2), and in the closed position closes the passage.
