People’s views towards the advantages and disadvantages of job hunting onling vary greatly.Some believe that job hunting online has a lot of advantages and should be extend widly,while others argue that people may be cheated when they are hunting jobs onling.As for me,I agree to the former idea because its advantages outweight its disadvantages.
There are dozen of reasons behind my belief.First of all,job hunting online is very convenient.A job seeker can look for a job without bothering to get recommendation from his friends,bosses,or wasting time on searhing the newspaper.
The second reason that can be seen by every person is that job hunting online is quite simple.A job hunter can get a job by simply clicking the ads online and sending one’s resume through an email.
Lastly,job hunting online is fair,for everyone can utilize this modern means to win his or her opportunities,even if one fails to find a job.
From the above, we can easily see that job hunting online is beneficial to job seekers and will favor among more and more job seekers.
5. Urbanization
People’s views towards the advantages and disadvantages of urbanization vary greatly.Some believe that urbanization can make people live a more modern life,while others argue that urbanization has brought moer and moer troubles to people..As for me,I agree to the former idea because its advantages outweight its disadvantages.
There are dozen of reasons behind my belief.First of all,urbanization can lead to social and economic progress.Moer and more people can live better and better than before and then children can receive high qulity education in urban.
Lastly,we can also see that urbanization will free a great number of farmers from their fields.They can earn moer money for their families,and can prove the standards of living.
Although there are also some disadvantages in urbanization such as the environmental problems etc.I think the government should take the liabilities to increase the advantages and decrease the disadvantages of urbanization.
From the above,we can easily see that urbanization is beneficial to most people of course that it should be controlled under a reasonable range.
