I love cooking. It's one of my favorite things to do when I have free time. One of my go-to dishes is spaghetti carbonara. It's a classic Italian dish that is simple to make but tastes absolutely delicious.
First, I start by boiling a pot of water and adding a generous amount of salt. Once the water is boiling, I add the spaghetti and let it cook until it's al dente. While the pasta is cooking, I fry some chopped bacon in a pan until it's nice and crispy.
Next, I whisk together some eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a bowl. Once the spaghetti is done, I drain it and add it to the pan with the bacon. I quickly toss everything together and then remove the pan from the heat.
Finally, I pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti and toss everything together until the pasta is
coated in a creamy, cheesy sauce. I serve it immediately, garnished with some extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
This dish is always a hit with my friends and family. The combination of crispy bacon, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta is simply irresistible. It's a dish that never fails to impress, and it's one that I'll continue to make for years to come.
