摘要：A method for providing communication services to a plurality of user

equipments of a telecommunications network includes: in a first step, both a first type of

communication services and a second type of communication services require,respectively, a first communication bearer to be established between the

telecommunications network and a respective user equipment of the plurality of userequipments; and in a second step, subsequent to the first step, at least a secondcommunication bearer is established and/or activated by or for a first user equipment incase that the first user equipment detects network performance of the

telecommunications network above a predefined first network performance threshold orreceives information indicating network performance above the predefined first networkperformance threshold.
